Alot of the “health foods” in the market today are in fact junk foods that adds on more belly fat. The diet marketing industries have continued to lie about their foods to make more money for their corporation.
I have also tried many different types of abs exercises like sit-ups, crunches and using the ab machines at the gym but they are the least effective method to gaining those six pack abs.
I have also tried those expensive “fat burner pills” or supplements that are all complete waste of my money and time.
I don’t need to get a perfect body like the models in the commercials but I want a decent looking scuplture body with a flat stomach and lose that belly fat.
